Most ovens focus on the cook cycle, but only Royalton has taken that
final step in oven technology by also perfecting the all important hold
cycle, because your food spends much more time in hold.

units in three widths, that are all stainless steel in and out. All units
have field reversible doors on 5” casters and are available in pass-through

all models have removable interiors that allow total cleaning ability.
